CO-FOUNDER & CEO

Scott is an entrepreneur having co-founded and scaled several consumer brands, as well as co-founder of AllWork, a freelancer payments platform leveraged by the likes of L'Oréal and LVMH. Most notably, Scott was a client before becoming the co-founder of Brand-OS™.

Matt Wenzler

CO-FOUNDER AND CFO

Matt established the Brand-OS™ FinOps offering under the Socket brand and has served +100 brands as CFO/COO with a focus on client empowerment and service delivery. Matt is also a co-founder of AllWork.

Ezri Silver

Chief Operating Officer

Ezri oversees and manages operations, teams, and client relationships. Ezri brings decades of FinOps experience with brands and retailers including Jordache, US Polo, and more.

Justin Schmidt

CFO - CLIENTS

Justin has decades of FT and fractional CFO/COO experience with dozens of brands and retailers across categories, and he has served on the founding team of others.

CHIEF TECHNOLOGY OFFICER

Bryan is a software engineer and CFO. He has spent his career at the intersection of technology and finance, building applications and data integration solutions to bridge disparate financial systems.

Sharyn has over 20 years of experience managing client relations and key operations across finance and human resources with dozens of brands.
